Seeds of Change - Weekend course

Next date to be confirmed

The workshop starts with an optional live and dry blood cell analysis with Gareth.
Live blood cell analysis is a technique where the finger is pricked and live drops of blood are examined under a microscope. The size, shaping, colour and grouping of the blood cells can be analysed to determine a wealth of information about ourselves.
Dried blood analysis examines oxidative stress in the drying patterns of blood providing a way of looking at free radical damage and toxic conditions in the blood.
