Women's Health Course. Five Day.

Red clover A combination of hands on cooking, diet awareness, nutrition and yoga, uniquely, for women with: Daphne Lambert,
Belinda Jobst and Sue Pembrey.



The course will enable you to create a diet to encourage energy, vitality and radiance and help protect against breast cancer, osteoporosis, menopausal problems and other health issues.
There is practical work in the kitchen every day creating delicious food -
Quinoa pilaff, carrot and Hijiki salad, linseed crackers, sauerkraut, sourdough bread, butternut squash, cannelloni, pink zinc smoothie ~

Daphne Lambert is a nutritionist and chef. She founded Greencuisine in 1995 to teach the importance of organic unrefined foods for optimum health. She teaches you about the healing power of food through practical work in the kitchen and talks

Belinda Jobst trained in general nursing and has been interested for many years in how yoga brings together the body and mind into one harmonious experience. She has been teaching for over 10 years.

Sue Pembrey is an experienced nurse, especially interested in natural choices for women to maintain health. This interest has been heightened by Sue's experience of breast cancer which has led her more deeply into healing.
