Living Nutrition

Living Nutrition looks at the links between the food we eat, our health and vitality. Inspirational practical teaching from nutritionist and chef Daphne Lambert and herbalist Dragana Vilinac.
The course aims to provide:
* Practical skills for optimising our health through cooking
* The information we need to make informed decisions about the food we buy and the environmental impact food production can have
* An introduction to how our bodies work and how we can support our own healing
* An insight into Eastern traditional medicine
* An understanding of our own individual nutritional needs
* Information on how to grow your own food
The course is taught seasonally and takes place over four residential spring, summer, autumn and winter weekends (Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday).
The cost of the full course is £1,400.00 and the next course begins in June 2008 and finishes in March 2009.

June 20th - 22nd
September 26th - 28th
November 28th - 30th
March 20th - 22nd 2009
The journey through the seasons awakens the deeper understanding of oneness and interdependence of all Nature, it is possible, however, to attend just one season. Click on the dates for further information
The cost of one weekend is £395.00
All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date or course.
