Welcome to Greencuisine which has evolved from the inspired teaching of award winning chef and nutritionist Daphne Lambert.
At Penrhos Court, an old Herefordshire manor farm on the Welsh borders, Daphne Lambert runs Greencuisine organic food and cookery courses. She believes we are what we eat, and that when organically grown food comes from the land around us it gives us a sense of true well-being.
New life emerges, sap rises, buds shoot and spring flowers bloom in celebration of Eostre, the goddess of spring.

Participants prepare their meals from whole, fresh, organically grown and seasonal food.

The book advises parents to prepare and feed their children a seasonal, mainly raw or lightly cooked wholefood diet, emphasising raw food in spring and summer and lightly cooked foods in autumn and winter.
